We loved the staff. They were awesome. The location was perfect. I loved the free bar. I didn't drink any alcohol there so I can speak to the mixed drinks...but free is always a good perk!

If I could give the staff at this place a 200 out of 10 I would. Every single member of the staff at this hotel was so pleasant, kind, helpful, and friendly. They were absolutely over the top in taking care of us during our stay and it felt like coming home every time we walked in. The rooftop was fantastic for relaxing, hopping in the baths, chilling, and watching the sunrise & sunset. Our room was clean and comfortable. The ease of communication through whats app is another excellent perk of this hotel. The open bar is fantastic and being able to just grab a nice sparking wine or sparkling water any time we needed throughout our trip was wonderful! The location is perfect and so easily walkable to anything in Old San Juan, it is also so close to the main square where picking up ubers is a breeze! I couldn't recommend this hotel more highly it was perfect for our stay in San Juan. We will be back!

The guys were fantastic and the position was amazing, exactly in the city center. The structure of the building is historical, with modern details, and gives a flavour on what was like to be in PR in the old ages. Even if there is no elevator, the guys at the reception have been really nice and helped us bringing upstairs the luggages. On top of this, I liked a lot the open bar and the rooftop!

The staff were so wonderful the entire time. They were informative from before we even arrived with text messages and were so kind throughout our stay. The bar is open 24/7 and offers a variety of free drinks including sodas, juices, water, coffee, tea and various alcohol. They even have little cooling towels for when you arrive back to the hotel after walking around the city. The hotel is beautiful and the rooftop area is so fun. I loved how obvious the age of the building is and the quirks that it included. Despite the age, the hotel is updated, clean, and comfortable. The age only adds to its charms. The location is great and right in the center of Old San Juan within a 20 minute walk to pretty much everything you want to see. Traffic is a bear and parking is a challenge, but the hotel makes it very clear where to park and make sure you ask for the voucher to get discounted parking when you leave. If you follow their directions to drop your bags and go to the parking they recommend its easy. I would definitely stay here again for so many reasons.

We loved the location as it's in the middle of the island. We were able to explore the entire Old San Juan by walking everywhere in three days. We did not need car service as we stayed local and wanted to soak in the richness of Old San Juan. Restaurants and landmarks are within walking distance. Car service were only used to and from the airport and it was $30. Free complimentary drinks all day long. Coffee, tea and water in the morning and alcoholic beverages after 12pm.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. Quiet A/C and refrigerator. Everything worked great. But the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They made the biggest impact; sending me links on WhatsApp to the better restaurants and venues that they knew about personally. The location was also perfect; close to everything !! Fun to go outside and walk around Old San Juan !

Literally everything. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with smiles, provided amazing cocktails and given the history of the building which we found so interesting! The rooms were perfect for two and the view from the rooftop was beautiful. We adored the bar and the aesthetic big time. My boyfriend is 6'3 and the queen fit him and i perfectly. Also we were in hurricane Ernesto and slept through most the storm because the hotel was ready with their generators and had PLENTY of water and an open bar which we enjoyed until we fell asleep. It's perfectly located in the middle of all the best restaurants and shops smack dab in the middle of San Juan. I can't rave about this place enough from the hospitality to the safety and sense of ease they provided us. We will be back 100%. Thank you to everyone who works there for all your hard work and beautiful hospitality. It doesn't go unnoticed. If you're even thinking of staying here, just do yourself a favor and book it. You won't regret it.

Liked the central location and was convenient to catch our Cruise from there. All Staff were extremely accommodating which made it nicer to enjoy our stay.

The hotel is a beautiful old colonial building in an excellent location in Old San Juan. The staff was friendly and helpful. The moment I arrived they sat me down with a complimentary beverage while they checked me in and took my luggage up to my room for me. Our room was clean and comfortable with a great view. The rooftop is a wonderful place to hang out, take in the amazing view, and continue to enjoy the complimentary alcoholic beverages of your choice.
